Our 230,000 square foot warehouse houses our extensive product collection, offices, our fleet of iconic hippo trucks, and our 900 square foot Design Studio, where we host client appointments and design consultations.

Conveniently located in midtown Manhattan, our New York City Design Studio is one of the centers of design and event innovation in the New York area. Our Design Studio is housed in a historical art deco high-rise building with a breathtaking view of the iconic Empire State Building.

Located in the South Fork, our Water Mill Design Studio is a creative space that serves our Hamptons and Long Island clients and their incredible events. Our Design Studio houses our entire product collection, a space for design consultations and our local Hamptons team that is ready to help with everything from weddings, to fundraisers, to clambakes and more. The Design Studio is filled with quintessential Hamptons charm, as the building was once the historic Water Mill Train Station. We’re reminded of its heritage a few times each day when the train rolls through our “backyard”!
