Delivery and Pickup Fees | NY
Delivery and pickup fees are charged per truck, per stop. Events typically have 2 stops (a delivery and a pickup). If more than one fee is applicable per stop, only the greatest fee will apply.
Economy Delivery
The economy delivery charge applies to delivery arrival windows that are at least ten (10) hours in length.
Economy Pickup
The economy pickup charge applies to pickup arrival windows that are at least twelve (12) hours in length.
Standard Delivery
The standard delivery charge applies to delivery arrival windows that are at least six (6) hours in length.
Standard Pickup
The standard pickup charge applies to pickup arrival windows that are at least eight (8) hours in length.
Premium Delivery
The premium delivery charge applies to delivery arrival windows that are at least three (3) hours in length.
Premium Pickup
The premium pickup charge applies to pickup arrival windows that are at least four (4) hours in length.
Deluxe Delivery
The deluxe delivery charge applies to delivery arrival windows that are less than three (3) hours in length.
Deluxe Pickup
The deluxe pickup charge applies to pickup arrival windows that are less than four (4) hours in length.
FedEx© shipments are available for linen only orders. The FedEx© delivery fee is $30 and the FedEx© pickup fee is $30.
Special Delivery and Pickup Fees
If any of the below special delivery and pickup fees apply, they supersede the charges listed in the section above.
Distance Delivery or Pickup
These fees apply to a delivery or a pickup located more than 75 miles from a Party Rental Ltd. warehouse.

Late Night Delivery or Pickup
These fees apply when a delivery or pickup is set between 6pm to 4am. These fees will be waived if any part of the delivery or pickup time frame is outside the late night window of 6pm to 4am.
Morning Pickup
This fee applies when a pickup is set between 4am to 12pm. This fee will be waived if any part of the pickup time frame is
outside the early morning window of 4am to 12pm.
Special Delivery and Pickup Fees
If any of the below special delivery and pickup fees apply, they supersede the charges listed in the section above unless noted below.
Weekend Delivery or Pickup
These fees apply when a Standard Delivery or Pickup window arrival is chosen on a Saturday or Sunday. If the Premium or Deluxe Delivery/Pickup arrival windows are chosen on the weekend, the Premium or Deluxe Delivery Fees will supersede the Standard Delivery or Pickup Fee.

These fees apply on the holidays listed. If one of the holidays listed falls on a weekend and is observed on either a Monday or Friday, these fees will also apply on the observed day.

Processing Fees
Customer Additions After Cutoff
This fee applies to all existing events that require additional equipment ordered once the order is locked for processing. Your additions based on timing and size may be packed with your original order or may arrive separately. See our Hippo Help Center for Delivery Cutoff Rules.
Next Day Emergency Order (New Event)
If we have the capacity, we will process a Next Day Delivery Emergency Order (New Event) for a fee plus the rental and delivery costs. You can place this order online, but please note that if product is unavailable we will substitute with a similar product at our discretion.
Same Day Emergency Order (New Event)
If we have the capacity, we will process a Same Day Emergency Order (New Event) for a fee plus the rental and delivery costs. Please note, you can not place a Same Day Emergency Order online as we must check with our operations team to see if we can accommodate such requests.
Product Recovery Fees
RePickup Fee
This fee will be assessed if the site is closed or inaccessible during our scheduled pickup window. We will return automatically the following business day and apply a RePickup Fee in addition to the applicable Pickup Fee for the original missed pickup.
Product Recovery Fee
If one or more products cannot be located at the original scheduled pickup time, and we must return to pick up one or more items within 3 business days, a Product Recovery Fee will be assessed in addition to the applicable Pickup Fee for the original scheduled pickup.
Product Replacement Costs
If one or more products cannot be located within 3 business days of original scheduled pickup, and items are deemed unrecoverable, a separate invoice will be generated to reflect the full Replacement Cost for each unrecovered item. The greater of the Replacement Costs or the Product Recovery Fee will apply.
